Great! Alexander is 9 months now and crawling all over the house!
He has sat in on so many posing practices over the last 9 months, that I can let him run the quarter turns if I get a phone call.
Kendra is doing great too. Loving taking time off to be a Mom for a while and planning a return to the IFBB stage next year - Europa probably.
We're looking forward to seeing you and Isabel again soon!
Congrats again! Great stuff!

On the bright side, I'm pretty sure the PL Watch lifter rankings for the weight class/individual lifts only include American lifters or things done in American competitions, so you could still take that #1 spot at 220, just not if I have anything to say about it.

If hard work pays off then easy work is worthless.
Take a look at what I did, now imagine what I'm about to do

I'm still up in the air about raw unity, I don't really have the money to travel down there, even though it would fit so well in my lifting schedule, as I'm doing the mock meet with blend to get a good idea of where I am. My first go at RUM will probably be 2011, when I have a year and a half of employment under my belt, and have more PTO to make use of and money to spend on a hotel and airfare.
