    Exclamation Hola!....

So yeah, I've been coming to the BB-site for about 4 months now but I mostly checked out the articles and excercise manuals etc, aswell as the Galleries.

To be honest though, it's all too confusing and over-whelming as there is just too much information and too many opionions here so I decided to register!

My 1st question is; What do you think about Anthony Ellis's (FatLossTips.Com) programme??

I'm about 5'10" in height and about 75kg in weight and I am of medium-normal size, however I want to cut-up and become more defined & more leaner....

My 2nd question is; What's the best Cardio Vasc. programme for someone of my size/targets??

I've already said I want to be such-and-such but at the same time I don't want to lose what I have now in terms of muscle definition & muscle mass.....

All advice and feed-back is much appreciated.

    =====

1.)What about Anthony Ellis' programme is bordering scam?

2.)What's HIIT? (I don't know BB-lingo if that is what it is)

No idea about your first question.

HIIT is a neumoic - it stands for:

    High Intensity Interval Training
    Molon Labe

Once a KA, always a KA.

What ohashi wants to say is that
    a) the program sucks
    b) High Intensity Interval Training - Run a search right here on the forums and read about it.

Hmmmm, I appreciate the feed-back but I'd like some detailed evidence-based answers..

High Intensity Interval Training, I'll definately look that up have any more suggestions??

Id appreciate if someone could check out Ellis' site and tell me what they honestly think.

Maybe someone can give me an alternative excercise routine, 'cos that is what I need??

hey, you're from london!! I went there last christmas. Man, the eie, or whatever, you know that giant ferris wheel. that was cool. I'm american. On christmas night, I got totally plastered, went out, and I barely remember, but I think I killed a hobo. I remember him asking for money, and I said to my friend, let's kill him. I don't know if I did or not, I was really drunk, but london was neat. cool. by the way, HIIT training is really good.
Find that spark inside you, and make it into the biggest F***ing bonfire anyone has ever seen!
