I've noticed a lot of finance majors have... well off parents to say the least.

I pay for my ****. No schollys cause my parents are middle class and no help from my parents cause they're stingy ****s. They don't owe me anything anyways. They raised me and wiped the **** from my ass so if anything I owe them.

With regards to FOREX trading....

If you are a noob.... Don't (serious).

Forex trading is notoriously tricky for various reasons (not the least of which being that it is a 24 hour market - get used to not sleeping if you are going to trade actively). General advice on this topic given to me has been unless you are SURE you know what your doing - don't trade FX.

Someone else may be able to help you with stock.

True Forex is highly volatile and as said actively traded 24/7, more importantly as not a large %change in currency value day to day you have to hold your position if dont have much dollar on you. Otherwise if you have lots of dollar you can pretty much hedge your position with derivatives which can eliminate large losses but also eliminate profits-especially if there is a high premium attached to the corresponding calls/puts etc.

Check out the ForexFactory forums brah. There is TONS of info on there

Look to hold your position long and I find a mix of technical and fundamental analysis does the trick, not too much otherwise = paralysis of analysis.

no. if you're serious buy a book or two. i love this one but to be honest i wouldnt recommend it for someone completely new. find something with a good section on market psychology....mci has a few he always recommends

lol i have a professor that assigns articles all the time i can't access.....then i just type it in google and i go to basically the identical link exact a couple letters or numbers and full access. pretty chill
