What food keep you full for the longest? Can we have a brain storm here? And if it's low cals thats better...
I'm getting quite hungry during the day and need to change my diet, so far i'm going to change to brown rice from white and oatmeal from bread in the morning...
thanks

What about carbs that keep you full other than oats and brown rice?

you're probably hungry because you're 292 feet tall.
just my guess.
i would suggest consuming large amounts of trees (stay away from the ones with fruits on them), small marshes, and large shrubs.
but at 292 feet and only 202 pounds i think you are in serious need of a good bulk.WWJD-What Would Jesus Deadlift?

LOL! No more like 31,289.9, and in that case stick to a lean source of protein like the giraffe, maybe get your EFAs from sharks or possibly small whales. I'm not sure how you'll be able to measure food and keep track of your calories though, I think you're screwed on that part.

For lunch I usually eat a baked chicken breast, microwaved broccoli, a small apple, a piece of cheese and a can of diet soda. It's only about 300 calories altogether and I'm pretty much stuffed afterward.
For breakfast, I also like to mix up 1/4 cup of oats, 2 TBSP of natural peanut butter, 1 scoop of vanilla whey and 2 packets of splenda with a little water. It's pretty calorie dense considering it fills up only about 1/3 of a cereal bowl and it's about 400 calories but it keeps me full for at least 3 or 4 hours. And it's delicious.

I just had my breakfast, 2 eggs w/splast of milk, 60g bran + 175g yoghurt tub and I was quite stuffed at the end of it and now i'm quite satisfied. That bran really makes a difference compared to white bread
