Pic taken today, just under 4 weeks out. Got some work to do, but I should be able to get it done:

Thanks fellas, it's a work in progress and i'm not relaxing for sure. Down another pound to 190 today
I know some think you can lose too much mass but I don't think i'm lean enough yet to worry about that. When i'm 186 we'll talk
I'll never be the biggest on stage so I better damn well be the sharpest is my view point.
Best part is I still feel great 3 pill dosing today. No notable hunger, it's like i'm still 12 weeks out.
I'm going to switch up my power/hypertrophy routine tomorrow. Just got a new one last night from Layne. So today was 40 minutes of LISS on that friggin Elyptical hybrid.
The only bitch today was it was COLD in ohio... 46 degrees this morning and I didn't have the heat on. If there is one thing I hate it's waking up at 5am cold. Woof.Blog:

I need at least 4 weeks to get as ripped as you Chris, no resting!
I'm doing 1 show a week before the NPC natty. So I can ride that "i looked better the week after wave" haha.
It's coming together nice. Lost 2lb's since thursday of last week. Amazing what 10 carbs can do sometimes.Blog:

Thanks! My goal is to be one of the few natty's on stage with striated glutes. I dont' care what the scale ends up saying really.
Gonna give it hell. Might even look into combo'ing mito with this and keep the log going for the hell of it. (pending it doesn't piss off the INBF)
I mean if Ice & folks wanna send me one to combo log i'm down for that as well but otherwise I might hook it up on my next order as i'm liking Cyto and rearing up on a week or so left I think.Last edited by -KTA-; 08-31-2009 at 11:46 AM.

Today, usual dosing: 3 pills.
I teetered back up to 191 but it's no big deal, didn't expect to drop into 190's so quickly.
But today I felt pretty worn out and just flat. Today or tomorrow was scheduled to be a refeed. Considering I was at 191 I was going to make it tomorrow initially.
But my body bitched at me during my 5am lifting session.
So Refeed is today Today was an upper body volume day and i'll be doing cardio on my lunch break (I work 9am to 9pm) so my training on mon & tuesday can be tricky with those hours.
I try to pose after work at night on work nights but mentally being worn out sometimes prevents it from being very productive. Late night posing FTL especially when i'm training at 6am! (waking at 5)Blog:

monday **** I was 189.8 this morning haha. Well I did have one of those pre contest "bottoming outs" that tends to happen when you get leaner.
My inner bro tells me as you get leaner your body's innards may shrink and squeeze out excess... that's my theory. Man I felt lighter after that hahaa.
Today was a leg day and I got some bitchin HIIT in to. I ended up splicing in Arms because I didn't have enough time to include them the day prior. All in all my workout was intense and I felt great.
Next refeed will be friday and at this rate i'm looking to be one LEAN mother come september 26th!

wowza, 188.4 this morning. Really shedding the weight atm, which is fine. I can see myself being 184 on stage easy, I want skin peeling muscle (which I have in areas ATM). So striated glutes & a natural xmas tree is the goal
I've got my pre workout meal at 1pm, posing at 2, then heading to the gym about 3 to rock out chest & back volume as well as 40 minutes of LISS.
I'll check in after, dosing is still at 3 pills and running lowBlog:

188.8 this morning, no real changes in weight day to day really. My training has been rough. Volume days are whipping my ass and consuming more time.
It's very hard to get a quality cardio session in right after, as it stands i've been cutting out and coming back a few hours later for cardio.
Today's chest and back (i've had to shuffle a bit this week). This is "fun" day so should be a breeze
I may take today off cardio and just pose a bit longer, my legs have had a hard time recovering from all the cardio & volume to get good posing in. They're just drained.
Still getting a great stream of energy from Cyto though & still not hungry
On a seperate note, I'm really getting tired of homosexuals PM'ing me. I mean really what are they thinking... i'll say sure!Blog:

Thanks, i'm afraid to upload any more pics lol the pm's are killing me.
But i'm 2lb's lighter than that last pic and things are really coming out. Pics sunday.
Leaving to the gym now to give it hell.
I'd rock out some cardio if I were you and just not over consume fats with each meal... well if I don't do cardio and over consume fats (more than 15 grams per meal, i know crazy right...) I bloat.
Maybe cut down dairy??? that gets me to.Blog:

I actually haven't had any dairy this week. Been doing all the cardio that I can but my ankle has been fubar and only doing freestyle laps in the pool.
As for the fats I will readjust my macros and lower fats a little and replace w/ proteins. I would add a little more carbs but carbs=fail for me
Thanks guys

How is sodium? Some people cut it too much and I always feel like crap if I don't get a good amount. And as sldge mentioned any refeeds??? Always gets me moving... And remember water follows solubles, get a good amount of sodium in the diet & maybe up the water intake. Of course check the fiber to.
Don't sweat it, sometimes we're just bloated for a few days. Don't let that knock you off your horse.
No idea what % i'm at, I'm not really worried about it. Why rack my brain over it and wonder about it? Will it change anything at this point? nah. I'm just going to keep busting ass to get as lean as possible. When I need to stop getting leaner... I think i'll know
It might make me make a mistake if I don't like the number if you know what I mean. If someone makes an error or if my water is off the electric might misread things. So I don't really concern myself with %. I judge by 2 things: Is it christmas on my back shot? And are my glutes in?
You know the whole guidance thing has become clearer since working with Layne. I generally know what i'm doing, but it's always great to have that 3rd person perspective and also someone to dispell all the magic bull**** hoops people jump through. And also reality check you.
I'm not qualified per say for guidance (i know you were being playful), but i'd look up Layne or Tommy Jeffers. Great dudes and know their stuff. One thing i've learned with Layne is hard work, consistency, and good judgement calls = results. Not magic pre contest rituals. I believe i'll be in the best shape of my life come september 26th.
The past week Cytolean's really been hitting me to, i'm getting that "ping" of energy like the first day I took it. Always had good energy off it, but it's really hitting me again. Maybe because i'm getting leanerLast edited by -KTA-; 09-04-2009 at 04:23 PM.

189 this morning, no biggy as it was a day after a refeed and I was generally constipated.
Volume training is whipping me good. Cardio is becoming a chore because i'm so worn out from it hah.
Today is leg day and I gotta splice in arms due to schedule.
I'm taking today off cardio wise due to leg day. Pics will be taken tomorrow.Blog:
