Cardio and ABS
I ran for 30 minutes at 6 mph. I didn't want to go faster because I need my legs.
Abs: 45 minutes of hardcore abs
I did 10 different motions and cycle through it 3-4 times I forgot but I was exhausted at the end and almost threw up.
Endurance is freaking insane. My body is used to the low carbohydrates I'm eating so my energy level is back up.
I won't be back in the gym until monday. Tomorrow is a long drive back to school, Saturday helping freshmen move into dorms. Sunday rest.

Finally Back
August 17,2009
Finally back doing Olympic weightlifting. It was a tough day. The lifts were a bit difficult. I was basically trying to get the form back. Well my new routine is 70% technique and 30% strength.
Snatch (170)80% 3r, (180)85% 2r x 3s, (170)80% 3r x 2s
Power Snatch 115x3x2, 135x3x3
Front Squat (250)80% 3r, (280)90% 2r, (310)100% 1r,
Back Extension 45 x10rx4s
A light workout to get my technique in check this week. Not too heavy but god enough so that I can make sure my technique is top notch
The front squat was tragic. 300 was completed but at a horrible form.
The focus was there today but I was a bit exhausted from the lifting.

Cardio: Running today for 25 minutes for 3 miles.
Notes: Wow. I was not tire today. For some reason I had a load of energy. I managed to run even after a long workout. (rarely the case). Endurance is a +++ for Intrain
Video: Clean 225x2.... catching was a tad off could be better

Great workout. Everything was fairly easy. No problems. My energy was off the roof today.

HAd a fantastic workout. I worked out really light I was trying to get used to the new bar.
Snatch, 3x15; (bar, 95, 135, 135, 155, 135....135)
Clean: 3x15 (bar, 95, 135, 155x6, 165, 175, 185, 185, 185, 135)
The bar spins so I was not used to it. It's official bar. I finally got bumper plates so no more energy wasted trying to not slam the weight here is a picture and a vid of me doing snatch.

Today was technique day. I worked on clean and jerk.
Clean & Jerk: barx3, 65x3, 95x3, 135x2, 165x2, 185x2, 185x2, 205x2, 205x5, 225x1
Clean and 2 Jerks: 205 for 4 sets
Clean Pull: 205x5, 225x4, 250x4, 250x4, 275x5, 275x4, 295x3
Around the World with plates: 25x16, 35x16, 45x16, 45x16
My right hand is torn up. My hand bleed because the skin peeled off. Even though it was hot I was not tire. Focus was there and endurance was awesome.

horrible workout!

Didn't have a great workout today. My knees were hurting and the catching position on my clean was off and painful. Well here is what I did today. The competition is still on September 12, 2009. NEXT SATURDAY!
Clean& jerk: 135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x4, 185x1, 195x1, 205xfail (very painful)
Push Press: 95x5, 115x5, 135x5x3
Static front squat: 135x5x10.. what this is is that I stay at the bottom for a bit so that my body can adjust to the catching position. It's simply a secondary.
Exhausted. hurt.. no video today. I was not focused at all..hopefully tomorrow will be better. Just a few more pounds to loose.
