Ok....here it goes....doing my first carb-up starting last night. Here I am early Sat. morning and I have RIDICULOUS GAS(have to apologize to my wife once again). Does anyone else have these issues when carbing up? My other thought is that I might be lactose intolerant and never knew it. I have had a couple protein shakes with milk. What's anyone else's experience with this. Thank you in advance for taking the time to comment on my flatulence.

Yeah the introduction of all those carbs in a short time frame is pretty well a guarantee to be super gassy lol. I always make sure I'm not going to be out anywhere the day after a carb up unless I have to be so I dont kill anyone.
I am not afraid... I was born to do this!
