Inspired by Fiends thread LOL.
There are only two things I fear in this world.
1) Needles
2) Bees
I hate freaking needles, I can't look at them nor can I stomach them. That is the only reason I only have 1 tattoo and why I never did AS. When I go to the doc I always tell them if they can give me anesthesia before giving me a needle and they just laugh at me. I once had a boil on my leg and the doc wanted to numb the area with needles to drain it, I said no just cut me open without the damn needles. The f'cker didn't listen to me he still gave me the damn needles
Bees scare the f'ck out of me. Not wasp, nor hornets, nor yellow jackets just bees don't ask me why as I have never been stung, but if I see a bee I will run as far away from those f'ckers as I can and somehow they know I am afraid of them as they always, always f'cking chase me. Who ever is in my way when i am running from a bee will get knock the f'ck down because i am not stopping.

Never been afraid of needles or any kind of bee, and I've been "shot" and stung many, many times. I let bees, hornets, jackets buzz right around me and don't give them a second thought. But I realize this is all relative stuff.
Me? Snakes . I could let most spiders crawl on me all day, but the sight of a snake creeps me out. One got in my folk's pool screen enclosure a few weeks ago when I was there, and I was the one who got it out. So I can do that much, but you can bet your ass I was freaking out while doing it"If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

Poor spiders all the spider hate here
I scoop them up in a box or cup, paper over the top and escout them outside! lol. they keep the bug population down.
Snakes - I respect and just don't want them near me, safely behind glass at the zoo our outsider where I cannot see them works best!
my fears - drowning/not breathing
Ever get caught up in undertow ( rip current)? not fun. I ended upside down in the water 1x a few years back. I don't body surf EVER! now.The Watchmen

Spiders. Uncontrollable absolute fear of them.
I had an incident when I was a young child and have never been able to get over it.
Funny story. A year or so ago, I was in the office talking to my boss and he made a motion to sweep one off my shoulder as he was telling me "Hold still you've got a spider on your shirt." I was shirtless and 30 feet down the hall screaming like a little girl before his hand came even close. It was nearly 15 minutes later before I calmed down enough to pick up my shirt.
I wish I could manage it, but there's not much I can do.The Iron will never Lie to you.

no irrational fears.
I dont like bees but I dont fear them, nor will I run if they are around.
Like was said earlier, I have a healthy respect for large carnivores etc.
One time at work we had a animal trainer doing a show, and he had several large white bengal tigers. Those MFers were massive, we were standing there safely outside the cage looking at one and it growled loudly all the sudden. Everyone within earshot got jelly legs all the sudden.
It was like he was saying "Anyone who hears this is my bitch and don't forget it!"
I'll never forget the primal flight mechanism that growl triggered in me. Everyone there felt it to.

I hate walking over those myself. I always fear they are going to fall in so I go around them. I am also not fond of getting on or off escalators.
When I was a little girl (under 10 years old) getting trapped in an elevator freaked me out because it happened so often in the old building we lived in.
I also would not want to be trapped in a burning house.

Lots of things mentioned are yucky, haven't been exposed to a lot either to know what I fear the most. Heck, I've never even seen a rat!
Needles are icky, don't think I fear them per se.
I take great comfort in Arnold's words from Predator, "If it bleeds we can kill it".
As such, I'd probably crap ma pants if I saw a ghost.
