Thanks a lot guys! My routine is Max-OT training, and it always will be after what it did to my physique and strength over the past 2 and a half years. If anyone's interested in checking out my Max-OT log, it's here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113860461 I'm always keeping it active with posts, videos, pictures, etc. I keep things as simple and basic as possible with my diet. Big muscle groups, bodyparts that require more energy, or those that need improvement I go high on carbohydrates on those training days. My low days I up my protein a bit more, along with healthy fats. I don't write anything down so I can't even tell you what my daily intake is. One general rule that I follow, is that as long as I'm awake I'm eating every 2-3 hours. My sleep sucks big time, so if I haven't fallen asleep after my last meal yet, I go to the kitchen.
Foods I eat are chicken, round steak, occasional Laura's 4% beef, eggs, protein powder(lots of it), oatmeal, brown rice, flaxseed oil, and natural peanut butter. Supplements are fish oil, whey isolate, waxy maize, creatine monohydrate, and bcaa's.

I haven't checked that routine out. To be honest, since I've made so much progress with Max-OT I've become pretty one-dimensional with my training. I simply say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". If you've never tried Max-OT or followed it exactly how it's laid out, you're in for a real treat! And about your other question...yes I am a natural. It's how I chose to bodybuild since day one. I enjoy having my health and knowing that every ounce of muscle that I have, I earned through years and years of old-fashioned hard work.

always impressed by your pics. didnt think you were 217, actually thought you would be lighter which is a compliment if you think about it. and your only 5'9"? wow. and the viens are popping out of your legs too, though that shouldnt be a shock since you pretty much own vascularity. in fact i dont think ive ever seen a pic of yours in which you didnt have at least 1 vien poppin.

obviously not, but i know him on these boards for a while and i truly believe he is natural, if somebody claims to be natural you should believe it, give him the benefit of the doubt.. he isn't some random.. the guy has been on the board for ages, he has workout logs, video clips etc.. i believe him
