White Flood Negatives!?

Has anyone else gotten a feeling from WF sort of like fatigue in your muscles.. along with the tingling sensation it made me feel sort of weak... i took it along with intrabolic but that shouldnt have effected anything. I dont know if this is normal or if its because i was on an empty stomach when i took it... anyone else get something like this?

I've always had pretty good workouts with it. The tingling may be from the GABA.

I use a stack of white Flood/Purple Wraath and no problems here.

hmm do you drink plenty of water during your day? the tingling is normal for some people (ive never felt it) but if its fatiguing your muscles it might be due to water consumption

I just added WF today i didnt use it the other days this week. But im going give it another go around middle of next week and see if it has the same effects before i count it out.

The symptoms sound like dehydration + supps

Try consuming a rice cake pre-workout next time, and stay constantly hydrated (for example around 1 gallon water during training is typical for 200lb+ guys)

I liked WF, but quit using it because it stained my teefs. I know, brush after using, I did and it doesn't help, still get stains. Too bad.

Today i just used Intrabolic and my workout was GREAT... im going to probably just stick with that.. very good stuff.

ya i got some of a tingling/itchy feeling in my face and arms to if thats wat ur talking about but after around 4 days it went away i guess my body just wasnt used to it

There's your answer. Always load up on carbs + some protein before lifting. Your body doesn't run on NO and caffeine.

Tingles from beta alanine is actually mentioned on the label of white flood.

Beta Alanine builds up in your body much like creatine, so when your body have stored enough of it the tingling might be a little lower. Best way to avoid the tingling from BA is to combine it with some carbs. About 30 gram of carbs should be sufficient for a dosage of 3-5 gram of BA.
