dont worry about it, just keep at it and youll be squatting 2 plates in no time. pretty good workout, got squats and lunges, bit of isolations but nothing over the top.
when you get the form right you should try going heavier for less reps.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre

no work out today, its been a crap day. managed to have failed my exam badly earlier on, just went totaly blank. oh well will just have to resit psychology in the summer. will be doing back tomorrow now instead

cheers man, i ended up not eating for like 10 hours yesterday as well :/. but as you said, today is a new day! going to get on with sociology revision and then hit back hard! thinking about it yesterdays rest was good as my hams were still sore... everything happens for a reason and all that crap lol
