Thanks for the info, I tried WF again today, with no tingly itch sensation. I actually got good pumps and mad energy.. Think its going to be my next purchase

No xplode and nano vapor. both stopped working for me after the 1st week, but i feel the same energy and pumps from WF til the last scoop!

I've tried White Flood once before cardio. I don't think it's worth it. It feels like the wrong kind of energy for cardio. It got my heart pumping and all, but it left me really tired after 10 or 15 min.

I think there are some other products out there that should be used pre-cardio. Maybe Purple Wrath / GM. I haven't tried either yet, but I've read they are good for that sort of thing. Just put some money in the bank so that I could order both this weekend.

You're right. I took WF about 30 minutes before going cardio and about 30 minutes later I felt so exhausted that I wanted to just go and nap.

Same here...powder is awesome and pills did nothing. If I were CL I would maybe think about not pushing the pill samples as it may leave people with the wrong idea on WF.

Agreed. IF ANYONE FROM CONTROLLED LABS IS READING THIS, hopefully, they will start sending SAMPLE PACKETS of POWDER WF. Had I just tried the pill sample WF alone, I would have never bothered buying the powder. Fortunately, I bought the WF powder, and the pills came with it.

Since I had been using WF powder for a month, I'm not sure if that did anything to change the effect the pills would have on my system. Perhaps I should have taken the pills before starting on the powder? Either way, I'm going to stick with the powder.

Has anyone had any luck with the pills?

Apologies if this was already asked, but... anyone tried the powder and the tablet forms during different cycles? I'm usually better with taking pills instead of chugging down shake/"juice" mixtures, so I was wondering if anyone noticed any significant ups or downs between the two kinds of WF.

I saw a couple comments with varying opinions regarding the sample pills.. not sure if anyone actually did some full cycles with both kinds though.

Powder = hits harder, that's about it. Most report ZERO crash with both.

Had my first stack of free sample WF tablets combined with a free sample of Green MAG on Friday which is leg day. I am still walking around like I am a virgin prison b1tch to "Butch" the biggest prick in the cell block.

Tried it again today, Back and Bi's, and already know I will be super sore tomorrow.

I plan on picking up some once I am done with my free NO samples. I still have some other free samples like the SP250, Myoshock HSP, etc that I will try before settling on what I will buy but after trying them all at least once, WF is far in the lead.

In fact if I pick WF I will for sure pick up some GM at the same time.

Still Lovin the WF.Im maxing at least 15lb's more than before. In some cases 20,I just have better energy and focus. I knew I had it in me...

I do have a question about water retention and bloating. People on other threads are reporting this. Anyone have any experience with this?

i experience somewhat of the same thing.

when i take WF, after 1.5-2 hrs i get tired and yawn A LOT. i feel like a goof
