    What to take with Superpump 250??

    I currently am taking Superpump 250, i would like to add a weight protein supplement.
    Is ok? Is it recomended?? Will it help me recover better??

    What product do you recomend??

    Don't mix protein with your Superpump preworkout.

    Do have a protein shake post workout to help speed recovery.

    Look into SizeOn as well to cover your creatine and intraworkout needs.

    Yes, i am taking the protein post workout.

    I just wanted a recomendation of a good protein formula.

    Right now i take the Body Fortress Power Shots, already mixed and ready to go, right after i workout. Pretty tasty, 26g of protein.

    What do you think about it?

    As a rep I can't speak negatively about another product, but I will say that I have tried Body Fortress proteins in the past. I currently do not use them.
