    Question Anabolic Pump Timing Question

    I am having trouble eating exactly 15 minutes after I take my AP.
    So my simple question is, is it better to be 5 minutes EARLY (eating after 10 min), or 15-20 minutes LATE (eating after 30-35 min)?

    It just is. Due to my work schedule and other factors, sometimes my break gets delayed or shortened.
