About Me:
A flashback three years ago when i was 5'8 240 lbs and playing the offensive line for my high school. I ended up tearing my MCL the final game of the season and since then have never looked back on how I would eat and workout for the rest of my life. I was over 30% body fat eating whole pizzas at a sitting, stuffing my face with ice cream every night and disgusted when I looked in the mirror. I began dieting eating small meals throughout the day and ended up doing the wrong thing and giving my body too little (800 calories between 6-7 meals).
I ended up dieting down to 130 lbs and looked like a walking stick. My parents refused for me to look this way and argued to kick me out of school until I got my head in check and started to look like a human. I started in October 07 on my own and with the help of some members on the boards to recover.
I then started with Scivation on March 19th, 2008 with Derek as he threw me on the Lean Mass Diet. 30 Weeks later and 25lbs heavier I had established a base that I so desperately needed. Yes I have over bulked, and because of this cutting is a pain in the ass, but I have dealt with it, and have overcome the problem by working harder to achieve my goal of a lean base in attempt to lean bulk throughout the rest of the year to add some mass.
I am currently working with Tommy Jeffers, with him so far I have really shredded away some unwanted body fat. Through his help the last 8 weeks I have lost 8lbs and added size to all of my body parts as I continue to define my body the way I want it to look.
With Tommy backing me, I know anything is possible, and with the help of everyone who tags along I have motivation, I have a crowd I can look back on at the end of the day as I know they will give me 100% support and honest feedback on what I should do to further my journey to become the person I have ever dreamed of. One day I do hope to step on stage and achieve a life goal of placing in a competition. Time will only tell if this will ever happen, but if it does I Hope you are here for those grueling contest prep weeks.
With that said, I am on a path to glory, One day I will compete, I will step on stage, and I will walk off with my head held high by placing. Glory is the light at the end of the tunnel I have always wanted to reach, Lets see If I can make it there.

5 Minute Cooldown

ABS
Cable Crunches 3 x 15
Cable Obliques 3 x 15
Reverse Crunches 2 x 15
Weighted Oblique Crunches 2 x 15
Stretching 10 minutes
Overall
- Was reading a lot of discussion on HIIT and people do the arc trainer and elliptical and how the whole body motion spikes the HR a bit so i was curious and wanted to try it out because we do not have Arc Trainers back at home. It was not bad at all. Felt like I was doing Sprints in the mud! Yikes!
- The bike still fry's my legs the best, but at school there are no pedal holders for your feet, so sometimes my foot will fly off as i go to change gears and step it up for my interval. Just have to get use to it I guess.

Post 6 will edit soon...
Edit: Subbed in this mufugga for sho!!!Only if you reach the boundary will the boundary recede before you. And if you don't, if you confine your efforts, the boundary will shrink to accommodate itself to your efforts. And you can only expand your capacities by working to the very limit.
