Well at least according to Richard. Richard had joined my family Thanksgiving in Las Vegas celebrating my grandson's 21st. We had trained together in Calif. back in 2001 for a year before he moved to Phoenix. In Vegas he commented what a fat F I was and that I looked 6 months pregnant. That was not the motivating factor in kicking my ass into high gear...I had long planned on stepping it up on Dec. first for a long 18 months Over 70 Nationals prep.
Last night I had a 90 min Phoenix layover between airplanes heading home to
beautiful downtown Burbank (77 dgrees at 8pm) from St. Louis (17 degrees when I left). Richard met me at the gate for a quick visit. Across the airport I could hear..."Hey, you lost the baby".
Thanx Richard. We all need valdidation.

Chuckle chuckle....
Hey, if your were pregnant you could go on the Oprah show, make a lot of endorsement money and open a gym (up here in N. Cali) with no 'lunk' alarm.
I'll go wash my mouth out now after using the 'O' word.
Good luck with your 'prep' and goals baldie.
DOMS to you too....
