    Biceps imbalance?

I noticed yesterday that my right bicep is more round and normal looking than the left which is more "straight" and longer. I'm guessing the right bicep is carrying more muscle, so how I can I level up the left with the right? Do extra DB curls with the left arm?

    Thnx

I have a bicep that is shaped different than my other, therefore they are slightly uneven.

And yes, as guy avove me stated, one forearm is bigger than the other.

usually your dominant side will always be a little bigger/stronger just because you have been using it more than your other side your whole life.

I'm right handed and my left arm is bigger and stronger than my right arm.

Just even it out with more reps on the one hand that the other.

Lots of things you can do, just put more strain on the weaker bicep than the stronger.

My left arm is half an inch bigger than my right arm. When doing tricep/bicep exercises I use dumbbells always starting with the weaker arm (right). When that fails I do the last rep on my left arm, thus training my right arm 'harder' than the left.

DO NOT do extra curls with one arm. Everyone has imbalances and most are hardly noticeable. Im sure you are the same way as well. gradually they will become more proportionate if you keep training them.

I noticed just yesterday, that my right bicep is leveling out more similar to how the left is. It's still a little larger, but two days after pullups/chinups it seems to not tower over the left bicep as much now. It was huge just two days ago, including weeks before that.

My right bicep is much larger and defined than my left. My right pec is also bigger. My left tricep is bigger than my right. I think it's due to evening out on bench to make up for my left pec.

I've really gotta do some isolation stuff to work on this sometime.
I want to touch the butt.

if you use dumbbells over time your muscular imbalance will equal out cause both arms have to lift the same load. jus give it time

what are you talking about? I merely gave a simple suggestion of an exercise that involves using the biceps. I did not say to what EXTENT the exercise was going to affect the muscle. However, you ASSUMED yourself that the exercise was suppose to be the magic pill to success. Clearly some people here failed the SATs or is going to fail with this kind of reasoning skill, lol
