I noticed yesterday that my right bicep is more round and normal looking than the left which is more "straight" and longer. I'm guessing the right bicep is carrying more muscle, so how I can I level up the left with the right? Do extra DB curls with the left arm?
Thnx

I'm right handed and my left arm is bigger and stronger than my right arm.
Just even it out with more reps on the one hand that the other."I would rather die young from a gunshot wound than to spend the rest of my life walking around with an ankle bracelet filled with tampons." -Pinhooker, May 10, 2016

Lots of things you can do, just put more strain on the weaker bicep than the stronger.
My left arm is half an inch bigger than my right arm. When doing tricep/bicep exercises I use dumbbells always starting with the weaker arm (right). When that fails I do the last rep on my left arm, thus training my right arm 'harder' than the left.

right arm use to be alotbigger then my left i just been doing the same amount of reps even if i have to cheat with my left and due to my right arm being stronger it caught up pretty quick as it was put under more stress?
dno if thats just me but now there the same size.Pain is only a weakness dont let it beat you down.

what are you talking about? I merely gave a simple suggestion of an exercise that involves using the biceps. I did not say to what EXTENT the exercise was going to affect the muscle. However, you ASSUMED yourself that the exercise was suppose to be the magic pill to success. Clearly some people here failed the SATs or is going to fail with this kind of reasoning skill, lol
