Et qu'est-ce que le fait d'etre Francais a a voir avec le fait que tu cherches un programme de musculation. Est-ce parce que tu as de la difficulte a lire l'anglais?

Ni l'un ni l'autre. Je suis ne en Floride, aux Etats-Unis, mais j'habite dans l'etat de Georgie maintenant. J'ai etudie langue et litterature francaises a l'universite, et j'ai etudie a une ecole de langues a Strasbourg, en France. Maintenir mes connaissances de la langue francaise est une lutte continuelle, car il n'y a personne ici qui parle francais. Spanish, however, is a different story here....

Hey ca parle francais ici !!! Happy to read french on bodybuilding;com ! C'est vrai que si tu n'est pas fluent en francais tu ne vas pas comprendre les noms d'exercice et si tu fais un exercice pour un autre ... Moi pour gagner du poids je recommande max 3 entrainements par semaine. Et prends du weight gainer 3 fois par jour minimum (4-5 c'est mieux).

On ne dit pas "?tre fluent (en francais)", mais "parler couramment (le francais) .
