Okay , i have about 10kg left to be totally ripped and so.
so i am gonna go on very low carb diet.( only fibrous carbs and 1 carb meal every 3 days ) one carido 45~60 minutes when i wake up. and 1 hour cycling at gym before the weighting exercise.
my goal is to lose those 10kg in 1 month , in any possible way.
i bought supplements ( which were pretty hard/expensive to get for me x.x ) and i need some advice about how and when to take them.
1. Optimum 100% whey protein
2. creatine
3. Lipo 6x
i heard creatine should be taken after the workout , keeps me wondering y ? how am i gonna use its energy or so if i take it after workout? :]
when should i take the whey protein? and is it okay to exchange it with a meal of the 6 i eat daily?

The reason you lost so much at the beginning is what some call noob loss/ gains, depending on the situation. The same happened with me. After that initial loss, You will be looking at loosing about 2-3 lbs a week depending on how hard you work. Dont over do it. It took time to put the weight on, it takes time to take it off.
