Im on Balance Weight gainer and Creatine. Im 6'1 160 pounds, looking to put on alot more during my bulk.
BEFORE BB:
ONE MONTH PROGRESS:
I also have a few questions. Ive been going to the gym now pretty much 7 days a week. When i started it was much less because i was usually sore for alot longer, like it would take 3-4 days for my biceps to heal and not feel awkward. Now however, because i am taking insane amounts of protein and carbs the next day any muscle group i worked out feels completely fine and ready for work, but my gym partner says i would be overworking and should do one muscle group at most twice a week. What should i do?
And another thing, is there any point doing AB work during a bulk?
Cheers

Your workout partner is right, do some reading in the workout programs section. You should always make core work part of your routine, do some ab work a few times a week.

Excellent gains!!!

Thats not one month, unless you have hair miracle grow....

What kind are you talking about ?I'm curious to know .
Anyway ,keep up the good work "Zyzz".Eat ,eat and eat some more...
About your abs ,here is what i would do .While bulking ,i would work with weights to build them (once or twice a week). And while cutting ,i would do high reps sets without weights (3-4 times a week) .

nice gains so far, layoff the x and youll get there. Agreed with your workout partner, youll wanna lookat a good program but for now with your newbie gains youll do fine doing just about anything as long as you eat right. Once your progress stalls though hit the workout/nutrition sections

Nice gains.. But honestly you and your hair looks seriously stupid..
Drop that lame necklace, remove that eyeliner makes you look like a *** emo and burn your hair.. Yes burn it.Last edited by ColdasIce18; 03-11-2007 at 03:20 AM.
