In the high country it can snow anytime more or less. I have seen it snow in July. Down here we get out first snow normally mid October. We got a tiny bit of snow on Monday. The nice thing about Colorado is that the snow is usually gone in a day or two on the plains. It's a little early for the ski resorts to open but that varies. They will all have runs open before TG day.

Hey, Trace, I'll answer your question since the Tooth Fairy is just ignoring it.....
You won't always be sore after every workout but even after 21 years of lifting when I change routines or take time off I am sore. I don't get the DOMS much anymore but can usually tell which body part I worked the day before.
