ok, i understand ab-solved is good for cortisol and ultra is good for soemthign else, my problem i dont udnerstand about the VAT or wutever, how do u know which fat is what you have and which one is better for you? i looked on the avant labs q & a so dante dont yell at me thanks guys

That actually may have been a question that we didn't address on our site.
And it's a very good question. Putting aside the various causes of VAT----stress, androgen use, certain prescription and recreational drugs, etc---and going by appearance alone:
If your stomach is relatively lean to a point where you almost have a six pack, but your stomach itself actually sticks out, and is rather large, you may have VAT-related issues.

well im just higher bf , i've never seen a six pac, but i can lose the bf, i've kinda always had it, so i should go with the lipderm ultra instead of ab-solved correct?

mine aswell, my stmoach is usally distened even thou i have a 2 pack, and a faded 4 pack

If your stomach is relatively flat, and lean, but you still can't get abs to show, then Lipo Ultra.
