    ok took a few measurements

    Waist: 41
    Gut: 45
    Chest: 43

i really want to get my torso to match the rest of my body. legs are in decent shape from years of soccer as a youngster and from workin on my feet all day for 6 years.

also just got back from shopping woohoo

2 lbs of thin cut flank steak
2 lbs of 85/15 ground beef
    6 links johnsonville italian snausage
    tons of tuna
    bacon
bag of like 12 frozen chicken breats
    some nice ribeyes (fatty!)
some iceberg and italian mix lettuce bags
    full fat sour cream
8 cup bag of shredded colby jack
    bag of small cut carrots
uncle dans ranch mix to dunk carrots in
    1/2 lb of salame
    18 eggs
    mayo
1% (maybe too low) cottage cheese
    olive oil
big bottle of 1000mg flaxseed gels
    centrum multi

think thats about it..hoping it lasts a week
it felt so weird buying all this fatty food and thinking... "diet time!"

alrighty just got home from the gym. had an awesome arm workout!
no more fatigue than a normal beating on the mucles would yield

also picked up some ketostix. was neg at 9:30am and also at about 3:00pm.

    days food intake: http://www.fitday.com/fitness/FoodLo...ate=1220313600.

upped the cals a bit due to the workout and i think my macros are lookin good!

had some ribeye about 35 min after workout and munched a few almonds right after.

if anyone has some input or suggestions for me it would be greatly appreciated!

copying and pasting the link wont let us see your food intake.. you have to save it as a file, copy it to paint as an image and then upload to photobucket or something then paste in the embedded pic or link

in the window you go to File then Print (should go to the print set up) and instead of actually printing you select save as file or somethin like that (maybe image writer i forget), then it will open up in another window, then you copy that section and put it into paste, save it as an image, then upload it

macros look good maybe a little high on fat but not bad for starting out

i noticed i was regular when i ate around 200 g fat, 200 g protein, and <25g carbs obviously.. when my fat grams were lower thats when i had bathroom issues... you may not need the benefiber

and what u mean what you ate? like cheeseburgers vs steak? i dont think it will matter i picked up steak-um type things for breakfast, plus i eat keilbasi, bacon every so often, etc

macros are on and im actually getting a feel for what needs to be eaten!

workouts have been great. i have moved up in weight on all of my exercises by a decent amount since starting at the gym 3 weeks ago.

and...! i've lost 6lbs in the last week of Keto

again..thanks to all of you that inspired me!

i'll try and get back to more regular posting after my first carb-up tomorrow!
