looking to lose those last few lbs

i'm happy the way i look, but i just want to trim up a little more around the midsection... i'm taking vaporize, green tea extract, and forskolin... and i'm eating clean... after bulking on creatine i got to 172 and now i'm down to about 162... can i take/do anything else? i literally have fat nowhere except a little bit around the midsection... thanks!

Sounds like you just need to keep going, you seem to have done well so far!

What type of cardio are you doing? because I've started losing weight more rapidly since i started doing HIIT on my non lifiting days and light intensity cardio on my weight lifting days (about 20 mins).

for HIIT i do 5 mins walking (on treadmill) at 6kph then:

Jog at 9.5kph for 1.5 mins

Sprint at 19kph for 30-40 secs

Jog at 9.5kph for 1.5 mins etc...

I tend to go for about 5 intervals and if i got any energy left spend 10 mins on the cross trainer.

well if that's whats been working for you then yeah, i suppose a game of basketball is knida like interval training anyway! as you say you only have a bit of unwanted fat around your waist it shouldn't be long till you start seeing it go

If your seeing results why change anything? just keep going! and be patient

yeah but make sure you are fueling for basketball. anything with resistance/cardio requires carbs, as opposed to just cardio which you take in no carbs.

try swimming, most intense cardio out there.
