    Talking Need a new diet

Ok, Basically I am 6'5 around 265 lbs, and am going to hit the training hard here in the next few weeks. When i start training though I want a new diet that will help me to lose my fat and turn it into lean muscle. My current diet sucks, also I am planning on going on Mag 10 or any other supplement does anyone have any expierence with it?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

you might want to post this in the supplement forum if your looking for feedback on Mag10. Rather than nutrional information.

you cant just post asking for a diet. How are we supposed to know what foods you like to eat. Why dont you post your current diet and let the people here point out the flaws.

that diet is crap. To many carbs and not enough protein. If i were you i would try to get 450-500 grams of protein and eat enough EFAs to get you through the day with being sluggish and eat carbs only before your workout, drink a PW shake with some simple carbs then eat a normal meal of meat and potatoes 1-2 hours after you work out.

man, it common sense. Eat foods high in protein. Eggs, beef, chicken, tuna, turkey, shakes, cottage cheese. EFAs= Flax. olive oil, PB. Carbs for PW gatorade, dextrose, maltodextrin,. Carbs b4 a workout that work good for me are apples and bannanas. After a workout i eat oatmeal or sweet potatoes. Take vitamins and drink 2 gallons of water a day.

you should go there and read as many articles as you can. Get a good understanding of what you want to do then ask questions to refign your diet.
