Working out everyday will only hinder your progress. How much do you want to lose? 1-2 lbs max per week is healthy, anything more and you're creating problems for your body. We need stats. Oh yeah, and you can't spot reduce, fat loss occurs at the extremities first and the core last. So, you stomach fat will be the last to go and its the hardest to get rid of. Just trying to make sure you understand you aren't going to be Fight Club ripped in 3 weeks.

You are female I'm guessing? Even so, 5'1" @ 120 is not a lot to work with. What is your goal? Are you a small framed person or normal or large for that matter?

Eat less, run more. It's pretty simple. Good luck.

DIET: Cut out any sweets or junkfood, as well as soda. Take a woman's One-A-Day multivitamin (or generic), and consider taking a protein drink like 100% Whey Protein.

EXERCISE: Try Calesthenics like Jumping Jacks, Situps, Pushups, Pullups, Free Squats, Squat Thrusts and Lunges.

REST: Get plenty of sleep when you can, sound sleep. A lot of your healing up and recovery happens when you sleep. Physiologically as well as psychologically.
