    -sigh-, new plan..

    Will eating a small can of tuna 4 times a day mixed with mayo give me enough cals to gain a significant amount of weight, enough to bulk up if I follow this plan daily?

    My stats:

    - Height: 6ft (woohoo)
    - Weight: 140 (or 180, I don't have a scale, and the last time I got weighed , my doctor either said 140 or 180)


    Also, how many cals would this plan be? And does tuna expire if kept sealed?

    actually a can of tuna has around 5 servings, which is more or so around 4-500 cals, depending on the brand. that would just be op's maintenance, cuz 1 tbsp of mayo = ~100cals

    no, you should be eating 4000 cals. and i doubt your 180 and looking to gain more muscle and at that age it wouldnt b muscle.
