And you don't see the difference between Marijuana possession, which is a victimless crime, and theft???

I'm not rationalizing anything. Its a terrible situation and i'm glad i'm not the one in charge to come up with a solution.

The similarities between mj possession and theft is they're perpetrated by non-violent offenders as oppose to domestic violence/murder/sexual assault/assault with a deadly weapon/rape etc.
