I’m 36 yr old male
192cm
114kg
Currently trying to loose weight and build muscle, I’m exercising/working out and walking more than 18000 steps everyday.
I’m new to macro counting, currently using nutra check to count calories and macros.
I put in the app that I’m trying to consume 2000 calories for a deficit but when I input my exercise it changes, the calorie counter app is saying I can consume just over 3000… does this mean that it’s still a deficit If I eat 2500 calories because my exercise off-sets it?
I’m trying to eat 220g protein daily.
30% carbs
44% protein
26% fat.
I hope everyone understands this.
