    How long Bulking?

Hi, i've been cutting and started going to the Gym since Novemver 2023 and lost in roughly 7 Months 16 Kg
    Current weight is 74.5 Kg
Now i plan to cut till July and then start eating more so bulking.

So question is when i start Bulking how long should i do this before i cut again?
I was reading 12 to 16 weeks but that sounds to less i mean what you gonna achieve in 4 months seriously?
So i was thinking atleast 6-7 Months which means when i start end of July till January, February next year

How does that sound for you?

It's entirely up to you, OP. Ideally though, bulking for a longer period of time tends to yield the best results for me and most others I know. Just "eat to progress" in the gym and you should be able to extend it for a long time without getting too soft. A shorter bulk risks spinning your wheels, and gaining muscle's far harder than losing fat and takes far more time. So, ideally you'd have long bulks with short cuts.
