Im currently sitting at 186-189lbs. Im not satisfied with my size but I think I have a lot of body fat to lose. Any estimations of my percentage? Im kind of frustrated wether to cut or bulk. If I cut I will look even skinnier.

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish at the moment? As a natty, you basically have to make some hard decisions sometimes! My first cut I lost strength and size and I was devasted in the beginning, but then I realized I looked great without a shirt on. Other times... I don't care about being shirtless, I just want to be stronger and bigger and feel like a bear. You just need to set some goals for yourself. The cool thing is... after you cut... you can always bulk up again... just like if you bulk up... you can always cut again.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

well I guess given your height and weight, you might be around 18-20% body fat. If you're unsure whether to cut or bulk, consider a recomposition approach—focus on strength training while maintaining a slight calorie deficit to gain muscle. Also get some info from betterme platform. Here is one of their useful links https://betterme.world/articles/how-to-break-a-fast/. U got it

I don't know what you mean by "even skinnier", since you don't look anything close to skinny right now. You've obviously been training for a while, so keep in mind if you're natty at best you're probably only going to be able to gain a couple pounds of muscle in a year from here on out. I would cut down to 170-175, then slowly gain about 8-10 lbs over the next 6-10 months, then cut it off again. Keep your bulks small and manageable. But at your current stats I don't see what you would gain by going up over 200 lbs, other than a bunch of fat.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
