I joke but this is actually a real phenomenon. I grew up just outside DC, and in the 2000's, we got that influx of latinos moving into the neighborhood and living two families to a home, blaring that music. I moved about another ten miles further out of the city and the last 5 years, the trend is happening here as well. I have no issues with Latinos, but there is a class issue where the uneducated blue collar Latinos dont realize that it is inappropriate for where they live. Just last year, there was triple homicide near where I live when some white dude snapped, walked up to a party and shot six people. Clearly, that dude was a maniac but there is underlying issue of cultures colliding.

Yes, it is becoming an issue, see it quite a bit especially here in San Diego. Friend's neighborhood had an issue along the same lines as my old neighborhood, Mexicans moved in and started blaring music, a cop lived directly across the street, black man that worked for the Sheriff's office. One night when the Mexicans were partying in their backyard someone decorated their house and cars with paintball guns..Sheriff gave no fuks ..friends neighborhood is pretty quite since.

There was a Mexican family renting the house behind my house from the other subdivision. Their backyard was facing my backyard separated by an easement. The dude would play Mexican music loud AF and would get drunk. One night he partied till 7 am. I called the cops but they didn't care about the citations they were given. I know the owner of the house so I called the owner and they got evicted. I don't put up with that shit.

Nah, not cool. Its monumentously inconsiderate of your neighbors to blast music that loud even if its on a weekend. I use to work graveyard so that chit would be unacceptable. If you want to throw massive parties with blaring music you rent a venue or go to a park. You don't hold that chit in the middle of suburbia.

What I would do is go over cordially, stay to chat for a bit take some food home, then go home and call the cops for the noise complaint. They would never suspect I was the one that called and I'd get some free food out of it, lol.
