Time to rest this flabby body.
Took a bath and had to "tricep dip" my way back out of the tub as usual and had no problems with the site of incision on my wrist, so maybe I won't have to wait 2 weeks to start lifting again?
Anyway that is all boyos.

If the doc said wait, you should wait. Or get a second opinion from a different doc. It's not worth something bad happening that sidelines you a lot longer.
