Like lets say u get a 24 pack and finish it in 2 or 3 days, then take 2 or 3 days off before getting another 24 pack. Does this reduce harm? And by how much? Does your body recover somewhat?

Jesus Christ. Im gonna make this as simple as i can put it. The more time you give your liver and kidneys to heaal the better. thats why i have Fatty Liver Disease. Cause i drink everyday. Its pretty fuking simple. The more crap your organs have to filter the more they are gonna wear out. very fuking simple but i think i got baited so jokes on me i guess

Probably easier on your organs for sure. Although not "healthy." Probably still puts you at high risk for liver cancer either way

Your way off dude. im telling you facts. The more time you dont give your organs to rest the worse its gonna be. your literally causing more stress. its not complicated. you guys are complicating it when its not. if your gonna drink than drink. stop trying to complicate this

It's common sense that the more days off the booze the better your health is overall. Plus, doing a 2-3 day bender and taking a break is more enjoyable than a 1-2 week or longer bender. Long-ass benders take a toll. I've had too many of them, a little of you dies.

Your liver enzyme raises when you drink alcohol habitually. It doesn't go down until you stop doing it for awhile.

I had an acquaintance that works as a nurse talk about this before. Basically if you wanna drink more than the weekly amount you better be taking NAC for your best chance to preserve your liver and kidneys. However you’re still opening yourself up to throat cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer etc. Best to just take a month off. Your liver should totally heal by then if you haven’t screwed it up.
