It barely tastes any different than regular bread for 1/3rd of the calories.
Regular bread should be banned until fat America gets in shape dead srs.

I personally wish the government got involved with peoples health and forced people to eat better and lose weight.
The spartans did this. You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.
08/08/2011. the day the aesthetics died. never forget.

I don't really eat bread, and I bet that keto bread is like 3 times the price of normal bread, I won't even buy greek yogurt because of the cost, I drink powdered milk ffs.

Listen you fat f*ck I guarantee you eat more bread related products than you think.
When I say replace bread with keto bread I'm not just talking about standard bread loafs. I'm talking hamburger buns, hot dog buns, subs, tortillas, etc. All that stuff has keto alternatives. So when you go to McDonalds and stuff your face with hamburgers or Taco Bell to get some burritos at least some of that caloric density can be offset with a keto bread product.

Strong no avi.
I had 1/4 of a box of kraft dinner today, thats all the "bread" products I had today, I usually don't even get that, just my sister had made kraft dinner and there was some leftover and it looked so good I caved in and took the remainder, and why was I tempted? Because I don't typically eat "bread" products like pasta.

That would take too much of our tax dollars, it’s much better if the government gets out of the way all-together, since they are the ones causing the problems, we will get much thinner, but it wouldn’t cost to the taxpayer, not to mention it wouldn’t be dictatorial.
It is the government that gives subsidies to corn producers, government puts out the dietary guidelines, government conducts anti-meat campaigns and so on.
