    Keep my program?

Hello everyone I've been committed to the Fierce 5 program since January but ran into some scheduling issues over the past two weeks, leading me to modify my routine to focus on one muscle group per day instead (I’m going back to the fierce 5) . Alongside this, I've maintained a caloric deficit and have been walking to shed extra body fat. While I am seeing some muscle gains, they aren't as substantial as I'd like. I'm considering whether to continue with my current routine or adjust my caloric intake to maintenance levels to enhance muscle building. However, I'm still noticing some persistent fat. I'd really appreciate your advice on balancing fat loss with muscle gain in this scenario. What would you recommend? Thank you for your guidance

either cut for 1-2 more months or start maintaining/bulking now, your choice really. you're not too skeleton tier to cut more, but also not too high bf% to start bulking

Dude pick a goal, why would your muscle gains while you're trying to shed bodyfat be as substantial as you'd like?

I understand. I’ll focus on shedding more body fat for the next 1-2 months, just as faithbrah suggested. Initially, I thought adding some muscle now would be beneficial, so I’d look more aesthetic once I’m leaner. Achieving an aesthetic physique is my goal

That pic isn't great but you can see you do have some muscle and a little extra fat (probably well hidden under tshirts or hoodies). Realistically, you can clean bulk or cut up. Nothing wrong with being a bulky monster or a lean mean 150lbs... it just depends on the goal you are going for. If you are looking to step on stage... different story.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

I try not to compare myself to others, but I do have a clear vision of my dream physique. Ideally, I'd love to achieve a look similar to David Laid. I know I don't have his genetics or his nearly perfect bone structure, but that lean V-taper with hard muscle is incredibly appealing. For those who watch anime, Toji from Jujutsu Kaisen also has a fantastic physique. I guess I'm still a bit of a kid at heart!

Most people as they start out always have a dream physique in mind, so end up disappointed when they start seeing results that fall far short and may never get there. When in fact, they're slowly looking better and getting healthier.

In your case, given your dueling concerns and current state, personally I'd just eat at a slight deficit. In the end you can get to the same place with halfway appropriate diet, proper effort and a decent lifting program no matter which way you go, but it's a longer-term strategy regardless.

Haha, I got into training because of DBZ... don't feel bad! and I never got to look like Goku...

I would agree with air2fakie. Shred down a bit, lose the bit of extra fat, then do a slow and steady muscle gain phase emphasizing lats and shoulders which will help your frame considerably.
