Just some friendly advice. When you stop comparing yourself to people that is when you start living. How you look compared to others, how much money you have compared to others, how smart you are compared to others, your clothes, your car, your house, etc, etc.
Drop all that and just be you. This is the way of chill people. Other chill people don't care about any of that. I think people of a certain mindset are drawn to the internet...looking to validate themselves by comparing themselves in an infinite amount of ways.

I've never been to Arby's. How is it?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

When I first got back to miscing in 2012 I was brokie, much like you are. Back then there was nothing that I loved to see more than a thread from someone who had made, and if they explained how they made it, even better. I always used them as examples of what could be achieved with a bit of smart work. Here I am 12 years later having made it myself, and it feels really great.
You should try it. Seeing people with more than you should motivate you, not make you bitter and send you into making these weird threads where you try to give advice to people more successful than you. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I have a lot of free time and know how to multitask. That's kind of the point isn't it?
My 30 posts a day have nothing on your 10 threads with 30 posts each a day. And again. It's really weird that you are trying to give advice to people who are more successful than you, which is like everyone in this thread. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

you've become the "one up" guy that people don't like being around. the "one up" guy is the one who no matter what people say -- he has a "better" story to tell...some story that in his mind makes his life better/more interesting/more important. this can piggyback on my other thread about negative miscers dealing with low self esteem and what not...and also why i won't talk negatively about you. be happy.

I'm only one upping you, and I'm not the only one. But it's not like you make it difficult. Don't pretend to be pius today, you're a scumbag, but a great example of what your average "Christian" is like today.
It's not in my imagination that I'm better than you, it's in the real world. Who feeds their kid fast food 3+ days a week? And then brags about how little he spent. We can plainly see where your priorities lie.
Or am I lying? When was the last time you cooked for your daughter? When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I think there is some truth to that. You don't want to compare yourself to people and obsess over it, and the examples you gave definitely fall in line with that. Like if the only reason you want a certain car is because someone else has one like it and that makes you insecure that's dumb.
I do think that some comparisons are healthy and promote competition, innovation, and growth. If you are in the same field as someone else, comparing the two of you based on ability and then striving to improve your own ability to become the best is a very good thing.See Krackerjacked's sig
