You can think about all the good things instead, then do good/productive activities, actively pursue success and your goals, spend time with friends, family and be intimate with your girl (very important)

If you can change it then don’t worry about, work on changing what you can. If you can’t change it, then don’t worry about it because it’s wasted energy. Lots of positive posts above, plus we were never meant to experience the world this way. If you start feeling overwhelmed and depressed then you need to shrink your sphere of attention so that it is on the things in your environment you can control. You will experience a life much more inline with how we’re designed to move through life. There will always be an endless list of things to worry about, but if you aren’t doing anything about them why let it drag you down.

Plus, if sh!t does get really bad in the next few years then you’ll just say “damn, I spent the last few years of comfort and leisure worrying about things instead of taking advantage of the environment I was in before it went downhill”.
