Not good. I'm probably the worst I've been in a while. I can still tre flip and chit but it takes effort now. It's not easy at 240lbs. Also my hip kills for the first 5-10 minutes of warming up now. Not even when that started.

I was pretty drunk during all the bar fights so it's impossible to say. My brother and I used to get drunk and would punch each in the face sometimes for fun. Often very hard.
