Absolutely crushed my previous time. I raced my wife up which gave me extra motivation. This was as hard as I've gone in a long time and honestly felt like I was getting close go blacking out by the end. Felt great though. Don't know if I'll be able to beat this time anytime soon. Feel like my breathing has gotten more labored as I get more our of shape, definitely need to get more consistent.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

I thought a 5k was 3.2miles instead of 3.1 so I changed it. Also .18 before I start has been a warmup walk up a hill now I'm gonna add a cool down period too of that .18 miles back home and just start the run and stopping the run at the top of the hill instead of stopping it at my house or really early on starting it from my house.

My first mile was good, but calves were on fire and I walked the majority of it. Also did two sprints on the incline portion near the end.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

Ran with dex and was pretty annoying so only did 5k. Need to get better running shoes for over pronation and exercises to help that + shin splints.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

Calfs were burning so Jogged first mile. Walked for most of next and did HIIT runs/fast jogs for final mile. Goal is to get proper shoes for high impact and pronation.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

Walked some especially the last .75 miles of incline due to the outside heat. I got new solid running shoes with more cushion and specifically for over pronation. They feel good so far for impact, gonna take sometime for my calf muscles to get used to them though.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA

This felt great. Felt nice to jog on a soft surface that was level. I know it's easier to jog on a treadmill but this was done at a constantly incline the entire 5km ranging from 3.2% to 7%.
