me neither massively but i grew up listening to the black album a lot, I release how 'pop' it is now though but yeah that was started of Metallica getting mellow

Nice playing and a nice tone, but Hammett IMO is an incredibly basic bitch at lead guitar. Ordinary AF.

Metallica's guitar tone on MOP and AJFA though, was fcking lit. Still crunchy and heavy to this day. That is something I will always commend them for, even if they went to chit after black album.

nah i learnt some of powerslave awhile ago but forgot it, here's what i know with a bunch of wrong notes and random shiet until I gave up (can't be trying to do that harmony part without knowing it lol), i'll learn that one though I love Powerslave. Alot of Maiden tbh, it would be great to learn shredding and that style of soloing :
