hello guys i am doing cut for 1 and half month for a now i am eating around 1700 kcal everyday... i was before using 300-500 calories deficit now i am in like 750-1000 calories deficit. i am losing weight i can see but my belly fat is not going and abs are not showing also veins on my arms am i doing something wrong? or i need to wait and be patience? thanks, and can you guys please tell me what will be my ideal weight when i will have abs and veins for a little bit? and what you guys think how many bodyfat i am now and before pictures? thank you!

16 years old
168-170cm
75kg
training for like 6 months good with good nutrition and also good training program, but for everything 1 year...
eating 1700kcal a day
doing 3-4 times a week cardio : jogging, bicycling at moderate pace (converstational pace for 90% fat burn) and also high intensity training all sets taken to a absolute muscular failure mike mentzer style!

Agree with the above poster. You're 16, have some muscular development, don't look like a slob, and don't need to be intentionally cutting or bulking.
Once you're a legit adult, have 100% stopped the growing process and have more significant muscular development, you can focus on abs & veins if that's still a goal - for now you'd end up losing much of your gains so far.
Just eat when you're hungry, lift and hang out with your friends. Btw, given your concerns, if you play some (real) sports combined with lifting it'll do a lot more for your overall visual physique beyond what you're going to get from typical cardio. You don't burn many cals from regular cardio.

You are good. But really do not overdo it. If u will feel bad stop cutting. Also for your would be useful to read about how many pounds to lose an inch https://betterme.world/articles/how-...-lose-an-inch/ for better cutting and in general to know more info about weight losing and u know all that stuff and stuff. So stay informed man
