Take nyquil, melatonin, zinc, l-theanine, etc
I get them almost every night now when I need to take nyquil (which is almost a month now thanks to insane allergies)MАGА 2024. I rep pаtriots, and neg anti-american phægots. "You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later." most of the day, but I give when I can.

I do now that I've quit weed. It's really fun to play in dream world.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

The voices I have claim they are from DMT plane. That they are dream entities that persist outside of dreams. I think these voices came to power since the dawn of the alphabet and words. Thats when dream entities became smarter. These guys have been experimenting on me every night creating dreams for me. We are trying to make the perfect dream world thats permanent with the perfect rulesets of reality in place. The voices put a lot of celebrities in my dreams too. I guess its to celebrate me? Apparently I'm a big deal to the voices and they knew about me since I was a child.

I get a lot of false awakenings in my lucid dreams. Where I think I wake up but I'm really in another dream.

About once a year I have a dream that I’m going back to high school at my current age. (I’m 53 years old)
I dropped out in my junior year when I was 16, and by 19 I regretted it, and started having dreams that I went back to school and they accepted me. In reality, someone over 18 can’t attend high school, but in the dreams, I’m allowed to enroll as if it’s normal to do this.Last edited by Ace Corona; 05-18-2024 at 11:53 AM.

I get them a lot. They used to be pretty terrifying, but at some point they became more unusual and unpredictable. Stuff like finding a room in the home that leads downstairs into an old cave with clear water, like a cenote. Randomly, there’s large, beautiful and ancient fish there, just swimming in a hidden, and forgotten place.
Kind of gives the vibes of a place untouched by the limitations of time, and always flourishing. I always choose to go down and see it in lucid dreams.I've been seeing the past in one eye and the present in the other. So, I thought I could only see patches of reality, never the whole picture. I felt like I was watching a dream I could never wake up from. Before I knew it, the dream was over.

Sometimes I realize I'm dreaming but than I wonder if I am dreaming of myself realizing I am dreaming
so I don't think they are lucid dreams
bros who have legit lucid dreams, how much control do you actually have of the dream? can you control the environment or are you just moving yourself around through pre constructed dreams?Stats: 6 foot, 240 pounds

Nope, I'm afraid not.
The closest I've come are some rare occasions where I'm in a predicament (usually related to heights - like being high up on an unstable tower or some chit) and I get the vague sense that maybe I'm dreaming and think "Okay I'm going to wake up in 1...2...3..." and then do indeed wake up.

Yes, but not in a while. For a time I was trying every night and had some success...but it's a lot of energy when you need to rest.
The buzzing sensation and voices right before are wild...I'm talking about lucid dream where it seems you leave your body.EX IGNORANTIA AD SAPIENTIAM

I don't sleep very much and have almost no recollection of dreaming. I wake up knowing that I had a dream 2 or 3 times a year.
