I never counted macros. I'd ideally strive to be under 50 though.

Is pretty easy once I get in the routine, I'd generally just use low carb wraps, and make tacos, and hamburgers. Not the healthiest diet I'm sure. But definitely low carb.

I was hungry but it was usually right before I ate. I did the brostyle 5 meals per day. It felt sustainable but then I injured my neck and went back into drinking all the time.

Personally, when I was at my leanest was when I wasn't lifting and was running and doing keto.

Now, I'm doing cardio again (mostly rowing instead of running to spare my knees) but still doing some lifting. Going to try not cutting either carbs or cals and see what happens this time around. Oh and going to add 200 creatine to the equation in a few weeks.

Cals...not what you eat, it's how much...but I will admit I do cut carbs to get rid of the last bit of fat in order to get to 10% (or close to it)...but short answer is cals for me.
