    I can’t see the picture because I’m on my phone, but I do have the barbell that described, yes. I’ll look at the picture later to make sure it’s the exact same.

    We like it as a variation for bench. The neutral grip can definitely help some people.

    That's a lot of sets.

    As far as the flyes... I have some little bumps and bruises I've picked up over the years in the shoulders and pecs that make some movements painful.

    The way you see me doing them is just a way I found that I can do them pain free. If you look at the bottom of the movement at my elbows, you'll see I'm getting a deep stretch. But you're right I'm not fully extending out.

    I'm not Dorian Yates and neither are you.

    By the way, for every Dorian Yates, I can provide you a hundred top bodybuilders who trained with WAY more volume than I do (and the other guy you quoted).

    There are many ways to get the job done.

    -Higher intensity/lower volume/moderate frequency (especially for strength - I built a 1500 pound raw competition powerlifting total using the method you described)
    -Higher volume/lower intensity/moderate to low frequency
    -Higher frequency/lower volume/lower intensity

    Each have pros and cons. For example, the higher intensity method can lead to injury. Look at Dorian (the guy you cited... and the guy I have on the wall in my gym) as an example. His training resulted in torn muscles that ended his career. I'm a 43 year old man not trying to get hurt. Just trying to maintain my muscle and be in shape.

    All methods can work when one understands how to manipulate the variables.

    You on he other hand, seem only to understand one approach when many can work.

    You on he other hand, seem only to understand one approach when many can work.
    And by the way, my workout today was about an hour and ten minutes. So maybe it's you that should work harder if you think it can't be done in an hour.

    I can’t remember if it was you or someone else, but did you look into BPC 157? I’ve been using it for two weeks now and it made a big difference for me.

    Yeah, it was me. I've been reading about it and am considering it. Appreciate the tip as I've been dealing with this for a LONG time and it seriously affects my lifts. My humorous is also pushed up in my shoulder socket and has a weird chip out of it and it hits part of that bone next to my collar bone on raises for some reason so I'm trying to rehab it too.

    So far I've only gone to the chiropractor/rehab place and they've been having me do different weighted stuff to try to stretch it out. I'll also try to go to a sports doctor soon to see what they say.

    Ronnie mogs all, has more Olympias than both of them, and his workouts were like the one you quoted: push, pull, legs 2x weekly with tons of volume.

    Lee Haney has more Olympia wins than both of them as well, and he was a high volume low intensity trainer. "Stimulate, don't annihilate."

    Lee Priest did no less than 25-30 sets per bodypart with medium intensity.

    See how stupid this is? These pro bodybuilders have little relevance to you and me anyway, but since you brought it up...

    Again, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same goal. Wanna know how I know? There are multiple variables (intensity, frequency, volume). By definition there is more than one way to do it.
