Had a bad herniated disk for over a year now doesn’t seem like it’s gonna get better should I go ahead and get laser surgery.

herniated mine in Nov 2020 and hasnt gotten better either. i'd say yes

Fuark do you think it would help if o get super lean I’m currently around 17-18% bf was planning on cutting to 10 for summer do you think that could fix it?
