I've oddly never been a huge fan of bbq chicken because usually when its served thats the "cheap" meat that the kid who are picky eaters eat. The adults get the brisket and salmon.

Traditional wings might be my favorite food overall when considering the endless kinds of sauces and rubs you can put on them, but a good burger is always great too. Steaks and briskets too, but I don't feel in the mood for them as often for some reason.
