Get a dehydrator and make your own breh, cheap af. Some of the new air fryers have the dehumidifier option.
I’m thinking of making some squirrel jerky.I love eggs.

Thats been my biggest hurdle. The thinner the cuts are the faster it dehydrates, and in order to get a thin cut you need a really sharp knife. I actually started researching getting a deli slicer just for making jerky,Originally Posted by Mulloway69

Just make it yourself with a cheap dehydrator.
I buy cheap thin meat in a big pack for like $12. I beat it with a mallet to thin it out then marinate it in a plastic bag over night. Use whatever you want to marinade it.
Makes a whole bunch. Plus i put some pineapple rings from a can on the trays and dry them out, delicious.
You can also use salami, hamburger, breakfast sausage in patties or whatever you like. Just smash it flat.
