Some people are born without the ability to run their life themselves. They need to be lead. It's just how they work best.
The problem is when its the man, the woman looks at them with disgust. If not at first, over time.
Men look at the women like a wounded bird and takes care of them. Things tend to work out over the long run that way and nobody cares.
