Russia and China are two of the main hubs of BRICS, of course they are going to meet to strategize on how to de-dollarize faster. Something like this would've caused WW3 10-15 years ago but I'm pretty sure the US knows their goose is cooked, otherwise we'd have had a false flag and a reason to invade both.
